Today is my very 1st day of SparkPeople and from what I have seen so far it is great! I have a tendency to be one of those...I'll workout tomorrow kind of people. I generally eat healthy. I love fresh veggies, baked chicken and fish, and am not really a sweets person. Salt and sodas are my downfall. I despise going to the gym and stopped jogging or walking in my neighborhood because of random men gawking. It just makes me angry and makes me not want to workout. The thing that I need is the motivation that you get from either workout videos or classes at the gym. I need someone telling me "one more set or you can do it" as cheesy as it may sound. I have been on a couple of other websites to try to find the same type of motivation but haven't found one that I like. I hope that SparkPeople will fit nicely into my lifestyle and give me that little push that makes all of the difference. This being said....any incouraging or motivational thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
