Hi, I'm adina, I'm an operating room nurse. I leave the house for work by 6:00a.m. and by the time I get home it's anywhere from 6:30-7:00p.m....then I've got two pups to take for a small walk. I say small walk because on is a frenchie...and she does NOT want to go for long walks. So after I walk them and feed them....I then have to convince myself to change and go to the gym (which is only two miles away)......but I don't have to tell you, I'm usually POOPED....feet throbbing, starving (lunch breaks aren't always a gurantee in my line of work), and mentally exhausted. And my biggest obstical is that I love sleep!!! Ideally I love to be in bed by 9, but i've settled with the idea of 10 if I force myself to the gym.....I just need the motivation to get to the gym after a a long day of work. So I look forward to some support and swapping secrets and tips with fellow hard working members!
