Hi, everyone! I just joined the team a couple of day ago.
I've lost a good bit of weight and want to increase my exercise. I'm a 2nd grade teacher and get up early to leave for work by 6:30. I used to work out in the morning before work in the past. Now, I'm using my early morning time to get my head straight by checking in with some online challenges here and on another forum. I'm also the team leader for the Nutrisystem team here at Spark and that's when I do most of the stuff associated with that.
I'm married, live in a suburb of Houston (that's why I leave for work so early!), and we have a 9yo DD who has a ton of stuff going on. That makes it hard to "find" the time to exercise after work. My DH helps a lot since he sees how committed I am to the changes I've made and wants to help make them permanent. I think I'm inspiring him, too, because last night when I did Turbo Jam he went for a run. Good changes happening here!
I'm hoping to solidify the after work exercising habit and am sure that this team will help. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone!
