I've been with Sparkpeople off and on for a while... this is my third time, I think. In the past I have lost 20-30lbs, then reverted to my old ways and gained back all or part of it. I am currently maintaning a 20lb loss from last year and I have been floundering with regards to exercise lately. I have about 70lbs more to lose and need to kick up my exercise efforts a big ol' notch.
I was trying to get up early and exercise in the mornings, but that just doesn't work for me. I managed it for a couple weeks but then sleep won that war. I want to get back into the habit of exercising every evening after work, like I did when I lost this weight to begin with, although at home this time rather than at a gym.
What is different this time is that I have recently discovered several food allergies and sensitivities that essentially ensure that I can no longer eat all the junk food I used to fall back on. Now I just need to work on the fitness part at the same time :)
