Hi & welcome to Sparkspeople, Im lazy so what works for me is stopping at the gym on the way home from work that way i have no excuse not to work out, I like working out it's just getting there that's hard for me but it's all worth it when you done. I so love that feeling of acomplishment when i get a great workout.... Just keep doing what your doing it will pay off.

I use Leslie Sansong's one mile walk with weights. Takes about 20 minutes and I do it before even starting dinner most evenings cuz it is easier to put the work out off with each passing minute. good luck and keep telling yourself that if you can't take 20 minutes a day for your health then there is a big problem,
