Hey, thanks Sandra so nice to meet you, thanks for the encouragement i do find it helpful with going to the gym on the way home from work because then i have no excuse, plus i do different Zumba classes to keep it fun & interesting. I got to keep on moving lol. Tammie

For any beginner I always suggest walking as the best place to start since it's not necessary to have any equipment and you can fit it into any lifestyle....it gets your metabolism going and you can do any speed or any length of time... I'm sure everyone will be giving you great ideas so stick around, it's fun getting healthier and a wonderful gift to oneself

Hello everyone. I have decided as I'm getting closer to fifty to make some healthy changes. My goal is to lose 25 to 30 pounds and keep it off forever this time. In order to do this I know I will need to have a regular excercise routine as well. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and join some challenges.
