Welcome! I'm new here too. Still learning my way around the ins and outs of it all. I work from home and take care of my 1 yr daughter. I can't get up any earlier to workout with my husband so I find for me, the minute I'm done with work I just get a 30 minute cardio workout in, is the easiest way to get it done.

I saw this group after several unsuccessful attempts to wake up early and exercise. I decided to join because this year my goal is to exercise daily and it looks like this group has some great challenges. I have gone 15 weeks without soda and figured I can do that why not anything else so my next goal is to go 15 weeks (to start but will keep going) exercising daily. I am at 1 week and 1 day!
