i too have a hard time getting in some exercise after work. i come home and start dinner, i want to start coming home and aleast get 30 mins of exercise time in fir me. it wont hurt them to eat 30 mins later..lol

Hi everyone - I too have a hard time working out after work, after 10 to 12 hours of being at work it's the last thing I want to do; but this has lead to adding about 50 lbs ( not good). I just ordered the spark people 28 day boot camp video and kickboxing for dummies; I want to start out with at least 15-20 minutes of working out when I get home and work up to an hour. Thanks for the motivation - I will need it in the days & weeks ahead emoticon

hi guys, I am so ready to get started on losing weight and becoming healthier. I have always had issues with working out after work because I make excuses, too tired, have to help kids, to many chores to do. But have realized that the only way to be a success is to just go for it and set your mind to completing the task. My goal is to workout 10-15 minutes a day when I get home from work. This will be a challenge for me since usually the first thing I do is sit down in front of the computer for about 30 min and then go sit in my bed or on the couch. I know I can do this.
