Hello and welcome. This is one area that can be hard. I have my good days and my bad days with working out. But my way of beating the system is to tell myself I am going for 10 minutes almost every day usally once I get started I keep going for 30 minutes or my goal of 45 minutes per day. If by chance after the 10 minutes I feel like I can't go on and still want to quit I allow myself to and just try again the next day. :) you can do it. Just take it slow.
The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

I've been finding I'm full of nothing but excuses lately, so am trying to start this year off right.
Working out after work has been the hardest step for me, so I'm hoping this forum will keep me accountable and motivated to workout! I'm a teacher and was working out almost everyday in the summer, but since September I've been finding it difficult.
