Charlene welcome and you can do it. some days making it to the gym is the biggest challenge Basically what I do is tell myself I have to do 10 minutes of cardio and if I still want to quit then I am allowed to but usually i end up getting in a 45 minute cardio if not more. PS I am Sharleen too. It is just spelled differently. :)
