Hello and welcome. I so can hear you I work 12 hours so some days it is so easy to say I am too tired, I don't want to, ... but I have made it a point to go to the gym for at least 10 minutes every day that i can. Even if i am tired or had a headache, ... I still go and attempt to do 10 minute if I feel better then I continue on if not I quit but at least I tried. on my very bad day i may just go to do a hydro massage or sit in the hot tub to relax but it keeps me going. Just do it!

I was looking through the challenges and this one fits almost perfect to my life! I work so early, the gym isn't an option before work and I most definitely need some encouragement to go workout after work! I keep saying, "I'll go tomorrow, I'll go tomorrow." Procrastination probably should have been my middle name, so it's time to do something about it! I look forward to this challenge!
