Hi. I am Michelle from Pennsylvania and I am new to this team.
I am looking for support and motivation. I work 5 days a week and looking to continue making excercise part of my daily routine. I have been doing yoga, I started doing the 28 days boot camp with coach Nicole, now I am walking and will start zumba dance class next month.

Hi kim and welcome back, this is kind of my second time. I never truly quit logging in here but was not too active either for about 3 years. My activity finally picked up in November so hopefully we can all get back into this together.
