Hello everyone, I am so happy I found this group.....I try to work out after work but my husband works mostly nights so I have to try and convince my 8 year old daughter to go to the Y when I want to work out...I want to try going in the morning but I am not a morning person, I hope to find motivation in your stories, thanks
