Hi I am new to this group my name is pam I am 48 years old, I have tried to work out but like my sleep better. I think this group will help motivate me to not be lazy and find excuses not to exercise when I get home.
Hello, I am excited to find this group. I have avoided exercising after work for many reasons traffic, being tired after work etc., but on last Friday I decided to stop making excuses and to find group exercise classes after work at a gym that was on my route. Today I plan to exercise afterwork!

Hello all, I'm megan age 28 I have already lost 50lbs but I having a hard time losing the rest of my weight. I am now down to 222 but looking to reach my goal weight of 155. I have started working out after work even though that means working out at 11:30PM but that time just seem to fit better into my life then waking up early and getting it done before work. I look forward to getting to know all of you in this journey
