Hey everyone, I am new to this this team. I am a 31 year old female wanting to have a very strong and muscular body. I need lots of motivation to keep myself going on with working out. I will be working out at the gym 30 minutes Monday - Thursday after work. I will only be counting actual machines and gym equipment used. I already workout on the Wii Fit 6 days a week and play very hard on Sundays with family and friends.
A new way to reward myself. Half-way to my first weight loss goal.
Hi I am new here, I am a 54 yr old woman with arthritis. I work at a hospital as a patient attendant, otherwise known as a sitter, so my job is sedentary. I dent' have a car so I have to walk or ride the bus.
I joined a gym which is three miles from my apartment which involves a bus and a twenty minute walk as well as backpacking my gym stuff to and from work. after working out its another walk, a bus then another walk at night.
So I need as motivation as possible

Hi all, just a bit about me, I am 58 yrs. old, have had a wt. problem since I was 3. I dieted for about 50 yrs. then had bypass surgery and lost 128 lbs. I gained back 25 before I joined SP, last week, 9/18 and have lost 4 lbs this week. I have approx. 50 lbs to go. I no longer diet, I eat what makes me healthy, thanks to Sparkpeople it is so easy to track what I eat and what I still need to eat. I workout after work, but hadn't for about 2 months, and now right back at it. I feel this is a great support group and would love to join you. Thank you, Donna
I will workout 4x a wk. for at least 30-60 mins. a day the rest of this month and in October as well.
