Welcome! I am a newbie here on Spark entering my 3rd week. Let me tell you, it is the first time in my life where I feel like I have the support system I need in order to be successful in my challenge of getting healthy. Life is full of stressful situations, before, I would let these get me down and I would eat more. Not this time! Stick with it, I am in the same place as you. At my biggest, but with Spark on your side, it's a win win!

Good for you. You are making the first positive step by starting with SP. It's a great support system & it helps keep you accountable too. You only get 1 time around in this life...do it well. Life has an expiration date.
I have been trying to lose weight for the longest while but being a mom with a full time job just makes harder and whatever time is left is used to rest. Right now I am at my heaviest and really need to make a change. I look forward to setting time aside and meeting the 4x a week workout goal.
