Good morning,

yes you make sense. I am glad i have joined this team. Sometimes when i am working out and i only want to work out for 30 minutes, i stop and think nope, i said i would work out so many minutes.

So this is a great motivation... emoticon

Hey there I personally post my workouts everyday that I do get one in some post there minutes weekly just depends on how you want ot do it I'd forget if I didn't do it daily You minus what you did from total left ot do until you come up with zero minutes left to do for the month Hope I am making sense

I would like to join the team. I will commit to: 4/45/720/720. Hope i have it correct, 4 days per week, 45 min, for 4 weeks. In the upcoming weeks, i hope to increase to 5 days per week.

have started an aerobics class in addition to going to Planet Fitness.
