Hi Everyone!

The team name said it all for me...that seems to be the only time I have to work out! I have made it a priority to work out AFTER work! I put my youngest to bed and then let the workout begin! I feel like I have so little time with the family in the evenings, but I need to make time to workout! More importantly I WANT to workout....the more I do it, the better I feel and I like feeling this way! My 6 year old has even joined in on the FUN....I hope that by working out together, he feels that he is spending quality time with me and in turn I hope that I am teaching him the importance of exercise.
I hope that I can offer support and encouragement to all of you as I know you will for me! emoticon
