Hi! I am new to this team. I have been working the Spark program for three weeks and have lost 4 pounds. I have been very dedicated to my workouts and eating right. The goal is to lose another 30lbs, and I am currently training to run a 5K in mid November.
However, the new school years starts on September 6th, and my job as a Manager for two cafeterias and providing supplies to two other schools is really going to cut into my energy. My day will start with the alarm at 4:30am and I will be on my feet and running until 1:00pm each day.
I am really going to need all the motivation I can get. And while I am looking forward to the challenge, I just hope I can keep up and make all the goals I have set. At least we will all be working together and trying to get through each day with a workout.
