Thank you for your welcomes! I have a pedometer and that is a great suggestion. I also like that the suggestion of just making reasonable goals. I am trying to keep a level head doing this, however, I do see that I am really gungho as well. Thank you, and I will look into those monthly meetings.

emoticon to the team good advice fro George set reasonable goals for yourself Life happens and we just need ot be flexible and work around "life" don't beat yourself up if you miss a workout May I suggest since you are on your feet to purchase a pedometer and get those steps in (its a great start for movement)

Hi! I am new to this team. I have been working the Spark program for three weeks and have lost 4 pounds. I have been very dedicated to my workouts and eating right. The goal is to lose another 30lbs, and I am currently training to run a 5K in mid November.

However, the new school years starts on September 6th, and my job as a Manager for two cafeterias and providing supplies to two other schools is really going to cut into my energy. My day will start with the alarm at 4:30am and I will be on my feet and running until 1:00pm each day.

I am really going to need all the motivation I can get. And while I am looking forward to the challenge, I just hope I can keep up and make all the goals I have set. At least we will all be working together and trying to get through each day with a workout.
