Welcome to the team! I find I get my walk in every night I do it as soon as I park my car and before I go into the house. Otherwise the chair gets me.

4 Noble Truths

1. Suffering is a part of life
2. Suffering is caused by our attachments and avoidances.
3. Suffering can be ended.
4. Freedom from suffering is possible by following the Eightfold path.

Bigotry disguised as morality is still bigotry just as an outhouse with
marble columns is still an outhouse.

Hoping to stay on and updated. I really, really need motivation after work. I tend to think I have to do 30-60 minutes all at once, when maybe I can feel good about 10 minutes as long as I am moving and being inspired.
