Welcome to the team! I find I get my walk in every night I do it as soon as I park my car and before I go into the house. Otherwise the chair gets me.
4 Noble Truths
1. Suffering is a part of life
2. Suffering is caused by our attachments and avoidances.
3. Suffering can be ended.
4. Freedom from suffering is possible by following the Eightfold path.

marble columns is still an outhouse.
