I do the gym on my days off or when I am coming home from work I have ot drive right past so on the days I get out early enough I drop in at the gym Though I do have to fit telling myself I'm to tired I stand all day on my feet at work

I do voluntary work for a charity that helps older people.... much of the work involves sitting down. I try to walk Pickle every day but find it hard to get motivated to go to the gym ... which I must do to get my money's worth. Hopefully this team will help with that.
I look forward to losing with you.
By the way..... Pickle is in a pickle (mess/mischeif) most of the time and doesn't resemble a pickled cucumber or gerkin at all!
