Weigh in day for me today at the doctor's office. I lost 7 pounds! I go in every 2 weeks.

AWESOME ~~!!!!! Keep up the good work
... it sometimes gets hard to keep up the trouble the gym
can be or the time it can take from our lives
but when you see the change in your body or
numbers changing on the scale it can make
such a difference in our attitude ...

I've been going to the gym for years now and it's only been
the last months that I can really see the change ...
all that work and I was being sabotaged by lack of sleep...

I still go to the gym after work sometimes, but more than not
it's when I can find the time ...

remember to get enough sleep
drink more than you
and don't forget to eat enough for your
body to work properly !!!

emoticon 4 pounds already WTG I can relate I like to drive from work to the gym myself I do better as well emoticon by the way I think most of us have gotten side tracked or off course all that matters is we get back into the game

I joiined SP about 2 years ago and did pretty go but got side tracked by life. While side tracked I refound the weight that I had lost and picked up some of its friends along the way. This time I have joined a gym and I go right after work because if I go home, I do not leave home, and home is where the food is - that loves me so much. So far, in 2 weeks I have lost 4 pounds. Gotta keep moving and loosing cause I cannot afford new clothes.

Momentum is an unstoppable force. Once you've got it, keep using it. . .
