... it sometimes gets hard to keep up the trouble the gym
can be or the time it can take from our lives
but when you see the change in your body or
numbers changing on the scale it can make
such a difference in our attitude ...
I've been going to the gym for years now and it's only been
the last months that I can really see the change ...
all that work and I was being sabotaged by lack of sleep...
I still go to the gym after work sometimes, but more than not
it's when I can find the time ...
remember to get enough sleep
drink more than you want..lol
and don't forget to eat enough for your
body to work properly !!!
