I am new to this team and fairly new to Spark People. I usually work out 4X week after work and one day of the weekend. I feel like this team will help motivate me to keep up a good and healthy exercise pace. Keep up the good work. Nice have friends along my weight loss journey.
Good for you committing to working out after work I'm getting back into the swing of things myself I for one can tell the difference if I workout or not I sleep very well when I do not so good when I get no workouts in

Hi everyone! Right now I am committed to working out 2x during the week after work (and both weekend days for a total of 4x a week). I'm hoping to bump that up in the next few weeks, but it is definitely a new experience for me to be heading to the gym at night. I went last night though and slept like a baby so I'm excited!
