Welcome to the team and since you are already working out all the time, you have the hard part of the challenge already licked. All you need to do is post your minutes which is explained at the very beginning of the month of January. Karlyn or I will post a new one for Feb. when the time comes if you'd rather jump in then. Hi everyone! My names Brittney. I'm fairly new to sparkpeople in general and have no idea how to go about these challenge things lol a little bit about me... getting married in april, moving to a new city shortly as well. I've been going to the gym/working out after work everyday for about 2 weeks now!
