Hello and welcome. Making time for yourself it challenging at times. I totally hear you on getting to the gym, I work 1-6 days a week sometimes 8 hours sometimes 12. I don't get up before work to work out, and some days it is challenging when I know that if I work out I will not sleep, but I have gotten into the habit of trying to make it in daily after work. On my days off I sometimes make up for missed days.

Hi everyone!

My name is Steph. I discovered SP quite by accident on Jan. 1 and I love it!! I am a mom of three (all girls ages 5, 3, and 1), have been married for 12-1/2 years, and teach high school!

One of my biggest challenges is forcing myself to get to the gym - after working all day, all I really want to do is go home. I really try to make it to the gym at least twice a week when my kids have swim lessons since I have to be there regardless. I'm hoping this team will help me be accountable to myself (and you) so I actually make it to the gym and workout at home more consistently!
