dito on that one too, 12 hour rotating shifts, and a life will do that to you too. am not a morning person so I don't get up to go to the gym before work, then after work it is I am either too tired, or it will keep me up all night or both! Then we have the whole the more I do it the better I feel but if I take a day off my muscles tighten up so bad that I can't even move! I just have to remember to take it slow! one step at a time and just because today my have been a bad day doesn't mean tomorrow will not be better!
