Your best bet might be to start by take a short walk before or after you eat a meal...even just five minutes worth .. and then shorten your portions little by little so that you're eating a bit less and moving more
that's the secret to losing weight for sure!!

I am the cabbage patch kid and weight loss is not one of my strength I do very poor ,I like good tasting food and weigh lost and this do not mix. I would like find a way to mix the two. because being obese and aging do not mix, you need every advantage.
