Welcome to the team, And I totally can relate, in 2007 I was hitting the gym both morning and night, then I fell and injured my shoulder and got so frusterated that I quit going all together. I went for losing 60 pounds to gaining 40 back and just can't find the motivation needed to get back on track! Hopefully this year I can kick my self in the butt again and get back on track.
The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

Glad I found this team, joined a gym and stopped going because I became lazy and convinced myself I was just to tired to go home, change, get dinner ready for the boys then go for a work out. I have it set in my mind working 8 hrs a day, cleaning the house and cooking is enough of a work out. Boy, I am wrong and my newly added pounds are telling me "told you so!"
Glad I found this team and I'm ready to set some work out goals for 2011. Yeah!
