Welcome to the team, And I totally can relate, in 2007 I was hitting the gym both morning and night, then I fell and injured my shoulder and got so frusterated that I quit going all together. I went for losing 60 pounds to gaining 40 back and just can't find the motivation needed to get back on track! Hopefully this year I can kick my self in the butt again and get back on track.

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.
Hi and welcome to the group. For whatever reason, tomorrow is the day we all get to start over. Be sure to get involved in our monthly challenge. It's a great motivator where your competition is yourself and your workout minutes track your progress.
Best of luck and Happy New Year!!
Wherever you go, there you are!
Hi fellow work out after working all day friends!
Glad I found this team, joined a gym and stopped going because I became lazy and convinced myself I was just to tired to go home, change, get dinner ready for the boys then go for a work out. I have it set in my mind working 8 hrs a day, cleaning the house and cooking is enough of a work out. Boy, I am wrong and my newly added pounds are telling me "told you so!"
Glad I found this team and I'm ready to set some work out goals for 2011. Yeah!
Changing my lifestyle 1 lb, 1inch and 1step at a time!
