Welcome to the team, I just joined last month. It helps to have challenges but don't beat yourself up if life gets in the way of completing them. Wow 6 kids, I thought having 4 was hectic, I bet you are organized. Is it possible for you to do some kind of exercise on your lunch break. My brother started doing that a few years back and he lost 30lbs and is keeping it off.(he also stopped doing mcdonalds for lunch, I'm sure that played a role in his weight loss as well). It just seems like if you got it done before you got home it would be a relief. I thought my day was long. When I get home I don't even sit down, I change into workout clothes and go because I know if I sit I'm done for. Well...welcome again and glad you are a part of our team!
