That is an awesome goal! You can do it! I'm in the same situation. I work all the time and it's rough finding time and energy to do the proper workout. But I have faith that you will do just fine! Good luck!

I started a new job a year ago that has consumed every free minute I have. Now that I'm settled in- I'm making a commitment to balance my life back out and focus on my health. My goal is to workout after work at least 4 days a week. I'm hoping you will all be the motivation I need to stick with this!
