hello, my name is Alethea and I seem to find it easier to exercise after work as opposed to before. My goal is to lose 25lbs by my birthday in September. this month was supposed to be working out for the month. I haven't started yet, but I did walk alot on Saturday at the mall (hope it counts)! Now to get to the sweating workouts!!

I am so happy to find this group! I was just trying to figure out what was better to do.. Work out before work or after! Well Im sticking to my after work.... I need my rest and with getting up at 4 am as it is!
