I'm not sure if it logs your time, but it will tell you how many calories burned by doing the strength exercises. I always track my strength time at the same time as my cardio since I usually end up doing both at once at the gym.

Thanks SO much! I already really love this team! You know I actually do have a question already. I notice when I log my jogging in cardio, it asks for the time spent doing that. On the strength training it doesn't and I'm not sure that time is getting added to my fitness minutes. And like the airhead I am, emoticon I havent paid attention to the changes on my Spark page after I add them...
Is there a place to add the time spent doing strength training? Or does it calculate somehow by what exercise you put in there?

My name is Mary Kay and I live in Colorado. I seemed to have lost the motivation to get my exercise in after work. I like jogging/cardio and that I have no problem doing- it's the strength training I need help with so I am hoping this team is just the place to help kick my butt into gear! I am looking forward to making some new friends and getting back on track.
