On the strength training it doesn't and I'm not sure that time is getting added to my fitness minutes. And like the airhead I am,
I havent paid attention to the changes on my Spark page after I add them...
Is there a place to add the time spent doing strength training? Or does it calculate somehow by what exercise you put in there?
