That is a great idea. I am a morning person but prefer to work out in the mid morning or after work. You can do it. I like to go after work because it gives me energy to do my evening chores and make good dinner choices, and I sleep like a baby.
I used to get up early and work out before going to work, however I have lost my motivation and can't seem to get out of bed anymore. I am going to give working out after work a try. Made it a week so far!
