I workout in the morning, sometimes in the evening and if possible,I do it twice!

I think that is totally fine, this team is all about working out in general, I personally work out at all times of the day morning some days afternoon other days in the middle of my shift some times too. Good luck at meeting your goals.

I work out in the morning before my day gets crazy, is that okay for this team since I work before not after?
