Hi there! I'm Serah and I'm new to the team. So far on SparkPeople I've been doing great about exercising after work and I think that this challenge will be great to join others who have the same goal and keep me motivated and accountable for mine. I am NOT a morning person and so I have to overcome those after work hurdles to get myself to the gym or active. Look forward to being a part of the team!
