Hi everyone.....,
I am pals, I was in love with walking(as exercise ) ....but after marriage everything changed ,every priority, every aspects of life has changed .....even my love toward walk......I start sitting more and more and gaining weight too.....now at this point when turn back and see I miss so many things....one of those is walk ...long walk.....so now i have decided i am going to start walking again ....I just Hope I will consistent ..Will Lose some weight too

Hey All!! My name is Kim. I'm a married, canadian woman ... heading back to college this September for Photography. I totally *love* taking photos of mostly nature/wildlife. :) It's been awhile since I was in school.. so I'm nervous, scared and have anxiety attacks over it.. and, it hasn't even started yet! I am somewhat shy... until I get comfortable around you... then you'll be lucky to shut me up. ;) Now onto my "weight loss" journey... I used to weigh 400 pounds... lost some weight... ended up at around 240.... started to eat all unhealthy stuff :( ... and, ended up back at 340. Today... I weigh 322 and I am struggling *every* day (mostly with my inner demons) to stay away from the unhealthy and get back to the healthy side. I even went back to Diet Pepsi.. and, I already know how bad that stuff is.... & I am trying hard to leave it (I did it before ... for 10 months!) ... and just drink my water and be happy with it. I know what needs to be done... it's the "doing it" part that is sometimes the hardest. :( Wow... I didn't mean to babble on... or make this into one huge paragraph.. but it seems like I have done both of those things! So.. I guess I will end it here. I am happy to be on SparkPeople. I am looking to make some Spark Friends along the way.. so if you have room for one more Spark Friend... don't be shy & just add me already!!! :)
