Okay, I joined this group some time back but haven't been very active...so since I'm trying to get back on track this month I figured this would be a good start.
I have both a treadmill and elliptical. Although I find the treadmill a bit easier I struggle with joint issues (knee and ankle surgeries) that greatly limit my time on the treadmill. I'm pretty darn consistent with the elliptical (easy on the joints!) and hop on first thing in the morning for an hour M-F. I've been trying to build up the old knees by doing an additional mile on the treadmill when I can, and am pretty consistent with a mile to mile and a half Saturday mornings (a friend comes over to do the elliptical so I do the treadmill).
I've been out of the country for the past two weeks and am struggling to get back on track and shed the jet lag. I'm looking for as much support as I can get, so...here I am
