I'm a 25-year-old electrical engineer from The Netherlands. Just like over 64% of construction workers in my country, I am overweight.
I was actually a part of the 15% that is labeled obese.
I WAS, because I've lost 31 pounds since throwing my life around in February of this year. I've got about 10 pounds left to go until I reach a normal BMI, and when I get close(r) to that goal, I would love to start running as a cardio workout to help maintain my weight.
That's why I joined this team.
I'm looking for tips on running gear, stretching,
what distance to start off with, all the good stuff. :)
