Hello! I use elliptical and treadmill between strength training. I tend to "tabata" my workouts.
Google the term to learn what it is. It is a way of intensely working out for 4 minutes at a time then you move on to something else.
I will tabata kettlebells, then tabata treadmill, tabata punching bag, then tabata running on the track, tabata planks or push ups, tabata treadmill, tabata wall squats etc etc.
Each part of the circuit is 4 minutes so what I listed above would last approx 1/2 hour (a little more actually because I rest for about a minute in between.
Quick, gets me sweating right away, and fixes my bordom with doing anything for more than a few minutes at a time.
