My name is Lorie and I will be joining the elliptical world of training (hopefully) next week. I have been a runner for 30+ years and yesterday, while running through my neighborhood, suffered the worst ankle sprain ever! The pain was so bad I thought I had broke it! SO thankful that I didn't, however it scared my husband and my kidos so I am grounded from running the street.
We have an elliptical in our shed and no room for it in the house. So the Hubs has decided to make a small gym on our patio and we are looking at treadmills, so I can keep doing what I love! Now I need to know how to work both machine to get the most out of my runs. That's why I joined this group! :-)
