HI, My name is Jennifer and i am new to this team. I love walking/running on the treadmill. i do this 3-5 times a week at the gym. I looking to lose 20 more pounds. I already lost 22 pounds since i start. I want to be around 130-135 pound. Any help or suggestion i appreciate it.
