Hello Everyone! I'm Tanya. I'm new around here, and I'm pushing myself to get active. I'm currently on week 6 of the Couch to 5k program, and am now trying to push myself to walk at least 3 more days. I'd like to exercise 6 days a week.
I need to lose 50lbs, but I'm looking for more than just weight loss. I need to change my entire lifestyle, and I'm hoping to find the motivation and knowledge I need to make this happen.
