Hi I'm Michelle and despite having long legs I have never known how to use them and I really really want to! LOL I want to run but I have a hard time breathing and running. I feel really ready to start developing a running lifestyle but lost as to where to start. What books to read for instance? Anyway this team seems like a good start to me :)
