Hey all! I was previously a Spark member but about a year ago I hit quite a few snags...but I'm back! Bought a gym membership today, switched my shift at work so I have the time and energy to get back on track, and I've registered for the site under a new name (forgot my old one, haha!) Before the previously mentioned 'snags' I hit last year I was doing strength training 3 days a week and at least 10 miles a day on the elliptical machine...plus adding in some Zumba, hikes, walks, runs, etc whenever possible. I felt and looked great! Now I'm ready to get back to there...and go even further! Hope this message finds everyone well!
