There are videos to help you. I suggest you start with 3-5 minutes every hour. Set your alarm and get up from the computer and use the elliptical for the allotted time then return to work. You may find that your mind become sharper because of the exercise and you become less tired. You can increase your time 1 minute each week and soon you will be doing a lot. When you get to 9-10 minutes at a time, set a goal to do the exercise at the bottom of every other hour (ten minutes to the hour and ten minutes after then work for 100 minutes) You may find that you feel stronger, healthier, can work more efficiently, and have clearer thoughts.
Whatever you do, set small goals and try to fit in fitness before and after work and at lunch break so you don't feel so overwhelmed.
