Welcome to the team. I too have exercise induced asthma. sucks huh!
I got to where I was running on a daily basis 5 miles.
Going 3, I am sure you can do more. Just be careful, as you know. Good luck and keep on trying, a little bit more everyday and before you know it another mile, another 2 etc.!
I need to get this done for me and only I can do it!
Welcome, Crisanna! It's great to meet you and best wishes!

Teams Who Are All Waiting to Meet YOU!
My name is Crisanna and I'm from Massachusetts. I would love to be able to run without dying of exhaustion, even if only for a few miles. My exercise induced asthma makes that very challenging, even with an inhaler. Certainly being 30lbs overweight doesn't help, and cardio has always been a weakness for me. I bought a treadmill about 7 yrs ago and to this day the most that I have ever jogged without stopping is less than 3 miles. Watching TV while on the treadmill keeps me distracted and a bit more stimulated. It would be great to get a little motivation from other Team members. Thank you.
