Hello everyone, three years ago I had 2 total knee replacements. Started having a few problems and my ortho said that my knee replacements are loose. He mentioned to me that I should build up my quad muscles to see if that will help. So I started working out on the elliptical the 1st of this month. 30 mins 5 days a week. I also walk and work out with the wii active- leslie sansone walking tapes. Funny thing is I gained 2 lbs since I started an exercise program just 2 weeks ago so now I am really watching my food intake. Not sure how building my quads will help loose implants but I will do anything to avoid surgery. Glad to have found this group as I work at home and am alone alot.
