Goodluck Jamie....everyone is welcome as far as I have seen ...if you are new and looking for support friend me i try my best and am on sparks everyday.....won't be around today though in few hours I'm starting a 24 hour race hope it doesn't kill me lol pray for me then ill support you starting tomorrow lol sorry I'm goofy today bad sleep in the hotel

Hi Everyone my name's Jamie! I saw that this is a team for people that work out everyday well I workout 3 times a week so does that still count? I do Spinning 2 times a week and an Exercise Class that consists of Circuit Training, and Cardio mixed in!
