I am new to this team, but definitely not to spark people. Due to some arm and neck issues, I am no longer allowed to do many of my workouts on my Wii (yes I love my Wii). My doctor said to use my treadmill (which is relatively new and was very expensive) or my recumbent bike which isn't working so well these days.
I need advice on how to get the treadmill to be interesting. I always feel like I am walking to no where. I have a Two Winds high end model treadmill that does everything but talk to you. I even have a USB thing for my computer to record my workouts. I do use the treadmill while I'm doing walk it out for Wii and now I'm thinking that maybe having my tablet would help as I could read and listen to music or watch a show.
Help...please motivate me to want to use the treadmill.
