Hello everyone! My name is Celeste. I am 27 and reside in Washington state.
I use our apartment complex gym which has a treadmill and an elliptical.
I want to admit: I am a complete newbie when it comes to the treadmill LOL. There are so many different settings on it, I don't know what to use and what to avoid for now.
I know I am slow on it speed wise. I average 2.8-3.0 mph and I want to build up.
Any advice you can give me would be awesome. Thanks!
